The Drift at North Forty development team is headed by three experienced professionals who each bring unique skills to the project. They have also put together a team of partners who are quality driven, experts in their respective fields.
DOUG SPERBER
After a career with Walmart in domestic and international development, Doug has spent the last 26 years creating and adding value to various projects in the US and Mexico including development of office complexes, residential subdivisions, single-family and multi-family residences, recreational property, and storage. Sperber Holdings also owns and operates the Restore Hyper Wellness franchise across Montana, Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington.
SCOTT DEHLENDORF
Scott brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment and development, along with his 45 years of Montana roots. His most notable project is the Cannery District in Bozeman, Montana where his development group lead an adaptive reuse of a 100 year-old Pea Cannery complex into a vibrant mixed use
development.
